Religiusity of Students: Belief, Confidence and Sincerity in Physics Lessons

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to determine how religious students at SMAN 8 Batang Hari are reviewed from three indicators of student religiosity questionnaires which include students' beliefs about their religion, their confidence in learning and the sincerity of students.


Methodology: The method used in this study is a quantitative approach to the survey method. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The sample measured religiously was 97 students with the instrument used in the form of a religious questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis to make it easier to describe the religious students of SMAN 8 Batang Hari.


Main Findings: Based on the results of data analysis, it is found that the religious students at SMAN 8 Batang are good with a percentage of 72.2% seen from the indicators of confidence. Furthermore, religious students at SMAN 8 Batang Hari are very good with a percentage of 58.8% seen from the confidence indicator and enough with a percentage of 57.7% seen from the indicator of sincerity. for categeory of not good and not very good has a percentage of 0%.
